Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the product remains flat to prevent damage to the waterproof coating.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
